Such
a journey into one’s self can sometimes feel like a daunting prospect, and Diane
wishes for all her clients to be comfortable with their decision to
move forward with her as their facilitator.
Before you book a session, Diane will answer any questions you may
have. ESM is a co-creative process and it is appropriate that there
is a mutual feeling of respect and trust.
You
are in no way obligated to book a session as a result of this first
phone call, but should you decide to further your exploration with
Diane, together you would decide upon a suitable date and time.
Telephone
Sessions
While
Diane offers in-person sessions for those available to visit her,
rest assured that the Energy knows no distance.
With your initial vocal connection, the telephone becomes a
powerful conduit for the Energy, which will securely connect you and
Diane even without physical contact.
Indeed, you will experience strong and unique sensations
while connected on the telephone.
In
preparation for a telephone session, it is important to find a quiet
place where you feel safe and physically comfortable. Ensure
that you will be uninterrupted, and make sure to have drinking water
on hand.
Anatomy
of an In-person Session
Your
introductory in-person session
typically lasts 60 to 75 minutes, and during that time, your comfort
is paramount. It is Diane’s intention to instill in you a
sensation of calm within a safe environment in order to begin your
personal journey.
Typically,
the Sacred Energy Healing begins for Diane and her clients even
before the scheduled appointment time arrives.
Verbal communication helps to establish relaxation, trust,
focus and intent. You
are then invited to either sit comfortably, or relax on the massage
table.
Although
sitting is effective, the table is more conducive to the practice of
Sacred Energy Healing because of the body’s ability to recognize
the supine position as one of relaxation, which promotes greater
body awareness. It is important that you be able to connect with each part of
your body as Diane does. This
work can be done with or without touch, as you prefer.
During
the subsequent energy treatment, the channeled Energy can clear old
patterns and cellular memory while Diane is a conduit and guide for
the dialogue between yourself and the Energies.
This
can be a very emotional experience for many clients as Diane may
bring things to your attention that you were not previously aware
of, and the experience can often lead to great emotional release.
Besides feelings of heightened body awareness and relaxation,
you may also feel any number of physical sensations ranging from
heat, cold, vibration, and increased energy, to name a few.
Subsequent
Sessions
After
the initial session, you may choose to continue your Energy sessions
with Diane. An hour is
booked for each consequent session, but should you desire a longer
appointment, Diane will happily accommodate your request.
Many
clients continue to visit Diane at the office, but it is also
possible to instead conduct sessions via the telephone.
While a telephone session lacks the hands-on healing of an
in-person session, rest assured that the energy knows no distance,
and can connect you and Diane even without physical contact.
You can still experience strong and unique sensations while
connected on the telephone.
In
