 Diane
Raphael has been reading energies for 30 years. Born in Kamloops,
BC, Diane first became aware of her intuitive gifts in early
childhood, and was thought by many to have knowing beyond her years.
She can recall having difficulty reconciling the truth that was
being presented to her with that which she was “seeing” from an
early age.
Inspired to serve her community, Diane began nursing work, with the
added honor that her service was recommended by a physician
colleague. She later attended nursing college and spent many years
working in hospitals and in the community as in-home care for
special needs adults and children. At the same time, Diane continued
to dedicate time and resources to work in animal care and rescue,
nurturing her profound connection to animals and nature.
In her quest to comprehend the gifts she was given, Diane spent time
working in both fundamental and non-denominational religion, with
pastors, priests, nuns, etc., and has always enjoyed a strong
relationship with God or a higher power.
No stranger to loss, Diane can closely connect with the grief felt
by many of her clients. As well as coping with the passing of
her mother on her seventeenth birthday, Diane has worked through her
own journey with cancer while simultaneously addressing multiple
health challenges. Her healing was brought about by her
involvement in a course of long-term, intentional and focused
psychotherapy in which her intuitive gifts were not only honored,
but encouraged.
This experience has led Diane to a deeply insightful understanding
as to how a spiritually-informed and guided approach to
psychotherapy (a clinically sound therapy grounded in Spirit) can
lead to accelerated and profound emotional, psychological, and
physical healing.
Her challenges have strengthened Diane’s intuitive abilities and her
resolve to help others in their own, sometimes painful, journeys.
Diane’s portfolio of diverse life experience has created a well she
is able to draw upon to connect with her clients in a deep and
meaningful way.

With 20 years of experience working as an Intuitive Healer, Sacred
Energy Practitioner and Psychic Medium, Diane offers an effective
method of intuitive coaching that emphasizes a client’s ability for
self-healing through their own innate wholeness. She draws on
several psychic gifts and her experience as a teacher to facilitate
spiritual and psychological healing, as well as growth, in a variety
of ways:

with loved ones who have passed in order to heal the wounds from
past relationships, to facilitate the process of grieving and
finding peace.

lives, the lingering effects of which may be negatively
impacting a current life (as in phobias and other heightened,
intense fears).

Sacred Energy Practitioner - Diane aids clients who wish
to grow spiritually in order to identify and utilize their own
natural intuitive gifts, by teaching clients how to communicate
with their spirit guides and access a picture of their internal
landscape, facilitating informed life choices.

Why ESM For Diane?
As a child, I experienced Sources of Knowing about people and the
world around me that seemed unnatural and unfamiliar to adults and
other children with whom I shared my life. I knew it was possible
for our bodies to heal themselves and that so-called miracles were a
true reality. I could feel it. I could see it. And I experienced it
in the physical, psychological and emotional realms, not only with
myself but with other people and animals. For example, I watched my
father heal wild animals from distemper, while my mother revived
plants which appeared dead. On several occasions I was told that my
mother was dying – when I knew that she was going to live. And she
lived.
Adults and children would act out in different ways. Some of these
ways were very unhealthy and sometimes cruel. I could see where they
hurt and how they were hurting someone else. It was challenging and
confusing for me because I heard people say one thing with their
mouths, yet I would clearly see in their hearts that they were
hiding what they really felt and thought. I would ask them again
thinking it would make it easier for them to say what they really
wanted to say, but their answers would remain the same. For some
reason they were afraid and they felt unable or unwilling to speak
or share what they had experienced or what they thought.
My father, mother and brothers had a great love and appreciation for
all animal life. I was very fortunate to have wolves for dogs and
abandoned wildlife for pets. As a result, I was raised to respect
nature. When it came to humans, animals and nature, I saw all Life
as Equal. One life was no more precious or less important than the
other. I saw no separation of Life in any form.
I could see, hear and feel things which were beyond the sensory
abilities of those around me. Because of this, I developed a deep
longing to understand the Truth of my World. Early on I gave
expression to the things that I knew, only to have people respond
with fear, anger and accusations that I was crazy. As I grew older,
this caused me to consider that I might be crazy, which led me to
hide and suppress the abilities which came so naturally to me.
As an adult I reconnected to the teachings of the Catholic and
Protestant Churches which allowed me some solace and the expression
of some of my ways of Knowing. One specific aspect of this was in
the realms of Healing, Words of Knowledge/Wisdom and Prophecy. But
even then I saw and knew that there was so much more for me to
discover and learn. Once again I found myself being led out of the
conventional teachings. I began to explore other belief systems and
healing/energy practices.
Due to experiences throughout my life, I recognized the crippling
factors of fear and judgment within myself and others. This seemed
to me to be a conditioning within all human beings – to one degree
or another.
As I grew to accept my abilities and to move through much of my
conditioned fear, information underlying the philosophical and
treatment approach of ESM began to express itself in and through me.
Having met Gayle at this time and recognizing that we shared this
desire for Truth, I taught Gayle how to experience herself as
Energy. We then undertook this Conscious Journey to bring the
information that I was receiving to others and began utilizing this
information in our respective healing practices and personal lives.
